GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies say they have arrested 19-year-old Devin Decoursey on Thursday on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct on a minor and possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies say they located Decoursey standing behind the Food Max store at 1304 East University Avenue in Gainesville.

Upon identifying him, he was arrested for a complaint of lewd and lascivious conduct on a 4-year-old girl, submitted on Thursday.

The incident was reported in September and probable cause was developed on Thursday to charge Decoursey with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.
