PALATKA, Fla. (WCJB) - A 12-year-old girl is in a juvenile facility after Putnam County Sheriff’s deputies say they found a notebook containing names of death threats.
Deputies say the notebook was found in a girl’s bathroom at Palatka Junior-Senior High School on Friday.

When asked, the suspect told law enforcement the book belonged to her.
Deputies say a written threat to kill is a second-degree felony.
The school contacted the parents and guardians of all the students who were listed.
