A 50-year-old Guelph man is facing a handful of charges in connection with graffiti incidents in downtown Guelph.
Guelph police said several locations in the downtown, including Superior Court, the Crown attorney’s office and Ontario Works office, were vandalized with red spray paint. The cost to remove the paint was in excess of $1,000, police said.
The man was identified through video surveillance and arrested on Thursday.
He was charged with three counts of mischief under $5,000 and two counts of breaching a probation order.
He was held for a bail hearing Friday.
