A house in Kendall Park that sold for $953,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick between Sep. 29 and Oct. 12.

During the past two weeks, a total of 11 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $577,773, or $327 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of September 29 to the week of Oct. 12 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
