Dozens of youth basketball teams played in a round-robin style tournament that benefited homeless youths and their families in New Britain.

“This is something that I think everyone can get behind,” said Hoops for Homeless co-founder Jacob Werblow. “Supporting children who do not have permanent housing in our communities and to support them the best we can."

The goal of the 3-on-3 tournament is to raise awareness and funds for local programs serving homeless youth in the city.
