PHOENIX — One thing is certain: The “No Kings” movement is growing in Arizona.

Protests across the state Saturday morning featured similar, if not larger, crowds compared to protests in June. And there were more locations.

The Northwest Valley Indivisible reported more than 8,000 protestors, most congregating at sites along Bell Rd. between the I-17 and Sun City West.

“Arizonans are refusing to be silent,” said Brent Peak, the group’s Co-Chair.

What is not yet certain is whether the groundswell of anger against the Trump administration is picking up new blood. These would include first-time protestors and crossover protestors who are not registered Democrats.
