LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - It will be a chilly morning across the state Sunday with subfreezing temperatures expected for many.

Overnight lows will range from the upper 20s to low 40s.

Freeze warnings are in place across parts of northern, central and western Nebraska while frost advisories are in effect further south and east.

Mid 60s to low 70s are forecast for the afternoon.

Showers cannot be ruled out Saturday evening, but there will be plenty of sunshine on Sunday.

Rain chances are low this week with near normal temperatures every day as well.
