OpenDoors RI job fair gives formerly incarcerated second chance

Iasked Lewis Whitehead, who is 45 and trying to put his record behind him, why he came to this unusual job fair .

“Honestly,” he said, “it was hard out there, seeing that I have a prior criminal history, so I was looking for companies that didn’t look at my past and hold it against me.”
