A teenage Britain's Got Talent hopeful was arrested and handcuffed by a police officer while busking. Student Charlie Wilson, 17, was left stunned when he was approached by police in the town centre of Bury, Greater Manchester on August 24. ‌

The lad was told he could be hit with a hefty fine of £1,000 for his street performance. Police bodycam footage shows the officer warning the young singer that he's breaking an order by using an amplified speaker. ‌
