Oregon is 16 th on the list of U.S. states most at risk of residential burglary.

Burglaries in the State are 11% Higher than the National Average

New research reveals that the burglary rate in the Beaver state is 11% higher than the national average.

Other data revealed in the research shows that Oregon has a monthly average of 12.63 residential burglaries per 100,000 residents, and that most burglaries occur during the month of May.

Information gleaned from the FBI Crime Data Explorer reveals that there were an average of 527 burglaries each month in the state. However, the number grew to 605 in May.
