FORT WORTH, Texas — Two minors were shot and injured early Sunday morning in southern Fort Worth, police said.

Fort Worth Police responded to a shooting call around 2:32 a.m. Sunday to a home located at 1233 W Bewick St., the Fort Worth Police Department said in a press release.

When police arrived, they found two minors with gunshot wounds, the release states. Both victims were taken to a hospital for treatment, officials said.

The Fort Worth Police Department's Gun Violence Unit is investigating.
