FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A Lamar man is facing a murder charge after shooting someone during a Sunday night altercation, the Florence County Sheriff's Office said.

Steven Allen Howle, 36, is also facing one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

The incident happened on Bartley Court in Florence County after Howle left his Lamar home to confront the victim, whose name was not immediately released.
