BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man has been arrested in connection with an investigation into the discovery of multiple body parts found in a Brooklyn garbage bin on Friday, according to police.

Christopher Moss, 38, was arrested Sunday and charged with concealment of a human corpse, the NYPD announced.

On Friday, police discovered a severed head and torso inside a garbage bin outside of 557 East 21st St. in Brooklyn. The body has not yet been identified, and a cause of death is still to be determined.

The investigation is ongoing.
