TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office has issued a shelter-in-place directive in a neighborhood of Douglas, Arizona.

The CCSO say there is a police incident near East 10th Street and Monroe Avenue. There is a threat to the public CCSO says.

CCSO also says there is no hostage situation but to avoid the area and lock doors. If you see suspicious activity, call 911.
