Nearly three months after Ozzy Osbourne's death, Sharon Osbourne is mourning the loss of their dog, Elvis.
"I can't believe I am posting this but my darling Elvis passed away this week," Sharon Osbourne posted on Instagram Oct. 18. "He gave me 14 precious (years). He was by my side until the end.
"Rest in peace my darling boy! "
Osbourne, a proponent for adopting pets, boasts a household full of cats and dogs. In 2024, the family brought home a dog who "had been set on fire" and was picked up by Underdog Heroes Rescue.
"After getting to know Sharon throughout our adoption application/ interview process, our hearts felt settled knowing how much compassion, experience and love they have when it comes to rescuing traumatized dogs with medical issues," the nonprofit wrote in an Instagram post.
The family later bestowed a new name on the pup: Bugzy.
The Prince of Darkness died in Birmingham, England, on July 22 at 76 years old, leaving behind a legacy as a legendary heavy metal rock performer who, after years of various headline-worthy antics and struggles with addiction, made his foray into reality TV. Ozzy built a media empire alongside Sharon, his wife of over 40 years, and their children, Jack and Kelly.
He was also father to daughters Jessica and Aimee as well as sons Elliot and Louis.
