A lawyer representing a man who is suspected to be involved in a recent shooting incident on Fountain Square says that his client has turned himself in.

The lawyer, Clyde Bennett, confirmed that his client, Shaquille Ferguson, 24, has surrendered to Cincinnati police on charges that are related to Monday's shooting incident on Fountain Square. Advertisement

Ferguson's listing in the Hamilton County Justice Center's inmate database indicates that he was booked into the jail at 7:24 p.m. on Sunday night.

Bennett did not provide much information about his client's specific role in the incident, only to say that police were seeking his client on charges that were related to the shooting.
