NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - A man is facing felony DUI charges in connection with a North Charleston crash that left one person with serious injuries over the weekend.
Osvaldo Benjamin Bravo-Juarez, 40, of Berkeley County, is charged with felony driving under the influence with great bodily injury, having an open container of beer or wine and following too closely, according to police.
The North Charleston Police Department say Bravo-Juarez was involved in a four-car crash Sunday evening.
Officers say the crash happened around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Dorchester Road and Gwinnett Street.
