WELCH, WV (WVNS) -- The West Virginia State Police asked for the public's help locating a missing woman.

According to a press release from the West Virginia State Police, 48-year-old Laura Beth Spade was reported missing by her father on Wednesday, October 14, 2025, and according to Mr. Spade, Laura was last seen in March 2025 in the Welch area of McDowell County.

The press release stated that Laura has brown eyes and brown hair, and could be in the Fayette or Raleigh County area. The West Virginia State Police stated that the most recent photos of Laura Spade were provided by the family and were taken around Summer of 2024.
