GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) — Alcohol and speed are suspected factors in a crash that killed three young people late Friday night, according to the Glasgow Police Department.

The collision happened around 11:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Jackson Highway and Veterans Outer Loop. Investigators say a Nissan Altima driven by 18-year-old Asa Howard of Edmonton collided with a Toyota Highlander.

Three passengers in the Altima were pronounced dead at the scene. Police previously identified one of the victims as Emily Corbin, 18, of Hart County.

The Barren County Coroner’s Office confirmed Monday the other fatalities as William T. Moore, 17, and Charley L. Fancher, 14.
