WILDER, Idaho — Federal agents raided a Canyon County horse racing facility on Sunday as part of an ongoing investigation into an alleged illegal gambling operation . Four people were arrested and ICE allegedly detained many more.

The FBI alerted the media that there would be a press conference at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 20. However, the press conference was canceled late Monday morning.

KTVB reporters Abby Wilt and Gabriela Lopez are in Caldwell , where the event was scheduled to happen. A spokesperson for the Canyon County Sheriff's Office tells KTVB that the cancelation is due in part to the criminal complaint about those arrested were made public.

In an update from an FBI spokesperson, it is confirmed that with no new information to share, the news conference is canceled.
