KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas City man is behind bars after admitting to investigators that he stole the car he was pulled over in, but this is not their first run-in with him.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Sunday, Oct. 19, indicate that Cash’Money M. Finney, 21, of Kansas City, has been charged in connection with a stolen vehicle.

A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that around 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, law enforcement was called with reports of a stolen vehicle.

The victim reported that his maroon 2002 Honda CR-V was stolen overnight. He parked it near E. 10th and Main St. when he got home from work. But when he went outside the next morning, it was not there.
