POLO, Mo. (KCTV) - Several charges have been filed against a Missouri man who admitted that he illegally tattooed a missing child from Kansas.

Caldwell County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, July 24, indicate that Jordan M. MacMullen, 34, of Polo, has been charged with allegedly illegally tattooing a child.

A probable cause statement filed by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office revealed that around noon on July 18, a child called 911 and reported they were a missing person from Kansas. The victim had been in the company of a man who had abandoned them at Hideaway Lake in Polo.
