UPDATE: Madson entered a guilty plea on September 16, 2025.

Online court records show a judge sentenced him to two years in prison on the aggravated fleeing charge. The judge also sentenced Madson to serve 30 days for operating a vehicle in a careless manner. The sentences will run concurrently.

HARRISONVILLE, Mo. (KCTV) - A Missouri man who allegedly led law enforcement officials on a high-speed chase was found to have been wanted in two separate cases.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says that just after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, law enforcement officials attempted to stop a speeding and careless driver along southbound I-49 near Highway 7 in Harrisonville.

Investigators noted that the driver, later identified as Jacob Madson, 34, of Linco
