BATES COUNTY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Missouri man faces multiple life sentences after he was accused of sexually trafficking and sexually abusing a child.
The Bates County, Missouri, Sheriff’s Office says that in September 2025, investigators began to look into a hotline tip received by the Children’s Division.
Law enforcement officials noted that the tip was in regard to a child’s sexual assault. As a result, Ryan M. Foster, 41, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 2.
