SOLON SPRINGS, Wis. (Northern News Now) - A couple from Solon Springs has been charged for arson and manufacturing and delivering THC.

According to the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office, authorities responded to the Hog Wild BBQ and Smokehouse Restaurant, around 8:50 p.m. on June 10 for reports of a structure fire.

The restaurant is owned by Steven Kastern, 58, of Lake Nebagamon and his wife Kimberly Kastern.

According to authorities, an active fire was found in the storage/office room of the building, and was ultimately extinguished.

Investigations began the following day to the area of the fire origin, which was believed to be the office area.
