CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Charleston is sprucing up their outdoor spaces with some tree planting.
The city held a ceremony at City Hall this morning, serving as the kickoff for the Appalachian Spring Project, which is a strategic beautification initiative that aims to plant 1,000 trees in neighborhoods throughout Charleston.
