Applications for Ohio Farm Bureau’s new Health Plans are available now for individuals and families who need affordable, reliable care—without relying on employer-sponsored coverage.

Members have three ways to apply: contacting a certified agent, calling 833-468-4280 or visiting ohiofarmbureauhealthplans.org.

“Whether you’re self-employed, between jobs, or simply looking for a better option, this plan offers a practical, accessible path to quality health care,” said Trevor Kirkpatrick, director of health services for Ohio Farm Bureau. “It’s designed to ease the burden of rising health care costs for individuals and families while providing the protection you deserve.”
