AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — One of two people accused of robbing a convenience store in Amarillo has entered into a plea agreement.
Rebekah Standley agreed to plead guilty to "Affecting Commerce by Robbery," according to court documents filed in US District Court for the Northern District of Texas Amarillo Division.
Standley agreed that back in July, she and a man went into a convenience store at NE 19th and Grand. She claimed that the man had held two employees at gunpoint and stole money while she was alleged to have stolen cigarettes and some money.
Brian Lynch, the man Standley says robbed the store, has charges pending in this case.
