MANCHESTER, N.H. —
A New Hampshire man is facing an attempted murder charge after police in Lebanon, Maine, said he stabbed a 52-year-old man seven times.
The York County Sheriff's Office said it received a report of a stabbing on West Lebanon Road around 2 p.m. Monday.
Police said the victim suffered multiple stab wounds to the chest, face, back, and head.

Officials said 35-year-old Jeremy Potvin went to the victim's home uninvited and started stabbing him. The men know each other, according to police.
The victim was taken to Maine Medical Center for treatment.
Potvin is scheduled for an initial court appearance Tuesday.
