A flight attendant has revealed her number one trick for ensuring journeys with children run smoothly.

Andrea Owen, who has worked as TUI cabin crew since 2003, has revealed some of the finest advice for travelling with youngsters that she's picked up during her 22 years in the skies.

Covering everything from short-haul to long-haul journeys, Andrea has taken flight at least 3,000 times and witnesses hundreds of families jet off each week to some of TUI's most sought-after destinations, including Majorca, the Canaries, Mexico, and Jamaica.
