Beverly J. McClurkan, age 80 of Dickson, Tennessee, passed away at home on October 13, 2025. Mrs. McClurkan was born May 1, 1945 in Dickson, TN. She was the daughter of the late J.D. McClurkan and the late Alda Mai Avriett McClurkan.

Beverly received her education in Dickson County through her freshman year. Her family moved during her sophomore year. She graduated as salutatorian of the Antioch High School Class of 1963. Beverly attended college at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. She held a lifetime career with the State of Tennessee as an engineer for the Highway Department. Beverly possessed the true qualities of being a lady. She was generous, considerate, confident, and strong-willed. Beverly loved her family, and she was very family oriented.
