The much anticipated CareArc pharmacy held a soft opening Monday, which provided a kind of beta test-run prior to their future grand opening.

“We will be open and able to fill certain kinds of prescriptions starting on Monday,” said CareArc pharmacy director Melissa Jackson. “The reason for the soft opening is to make sure that we have a way to streamline our processes.”

CareArc has a new pharmacy team on the floor, and Monday served as an opportunity to fine-tune the employee-to-process relationship and introduce the pharmacy without a marketing promotion.
