Both the Lourdes University men’s and women’s soccer teams are both putting together solid performances on the pitch this fall.

The Lourdes women’s team has a 10-2 overall record and is 8-1 in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference. The Lourdes men’s team is 10-6 overall and 6-3 in WHAC play.

Jackie Phillips, the coach of the women’s team, helped found the Lourdes women’s soccer program in 2015. The Gray Wolves are tied with the University of Northwestern Ohio for first place in the WHAC.

“These girls work tremendously hard day in and day out,” Phillips said. “Great teams are driven by the players and captains. We are fortunate to have such wonderful leadership. They execute our team’s vision and uphold our standards.”
