CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. ( WBRC ) - The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in a fatal shooting that happened in the Simcoe area.

Emily Nicole Battles, 30, of Cullman is charged with murder.

The shooting happened Oct. 15.
