LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) - The Indiana State Board of Animal Health says it has detected more bird flu in LaGrange County in a flock of more than 19,000 commercial egg layers.
The birds are currently quarantined, and surrounding areas of LaGrange, Elkhart and Noble counties are being monitored for signs of the virus.

This is the fourth case detected in LaGrange County in the last week.
More than 8.3 million domestic birds have died because of bird flu in the state of Indiana so far this year.
