GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A beloved bakery in central Nebraska plans to open up a location in the Tri-Cities.

Dannebrog’s Danish Bakery announced Tuesday that it will be opening a second location in Grand Island.

The new spot called Toasted will be located at 225 N. Webb Road.

The bakery said on Facebook that they plan to serve an array of new delights, including gourmet sourdough toast and French-style sourdough croissants, alongside all the classic breads and pastries to name a few.

They said the Dannebrog bakery will remain the heart of their pizza nights and bubble bread sandwiches and always be the roots, but added that this new location gives them the chance to dream even bigger.
