Srinagar- Asserting that the entire country acknowledges the J&K Police’s courage and unwavering resolve in maintaining peace and security, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday paid rich tributes to police martyrs during the Police Commemoration Day function held at the Police Memorial in Zewan, Srinagar.

In his address, the Lieutenant Governor described the J&K Police as an epitome of duty, discipline, loyalty, and selfless service, noting that the force has always prioritized the nation’s safety and citizens’ welfare above personal interests.

“They have kept the Tricolor flying high even at the cost of their own lives,” Sinha said, expressing his deepest gratitude to the brave personnel and their families for their sacrifices in upholding peace and the rule of law.
