KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A man has been arrested after he was identified as the suspect in a hit-and-run that happened on Concord Street, leaving a woman and a teenage girl injured after the University of Tennessee and University of Arkansas game at Neyland Stadium.

According to Knoxville Police, Louis Milton Boyatt, 78, was arrested in Dalton, Georgia, on Tuesday. He has been charged with two counts of reckless aggravated vehicular assault and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.

Through the course of an extensive investigation by KPD's hit-and-run investigators, authorities identified Boyatt as the suspect in a hit-and-run that happened just before 9 p.m. on October 11 in the 600 block of Concord Street.
