TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The head of the Kingdom of God Global Church has been ordered to remain in jail while he waits for his trial.

In August, federal agents raided a number of properties in several states, including a large mansion in Tampa.

Federal Agents arrested Michelle Brannon, 56, at the mansion in Tampa, and church leader David Taylor, 53.

Brannon has been released from custody on bond, but federal prosecutors said Taylor is an extreme flight risk and a danger to the community.

In a federal courtroom in Michigan, defense attorneys asked that Taylor be released on bond, but an assistant U.S. Attorney told the court that Taylor forced church members to work long hours in a call center to raise money for the church.
