HAVERFORD – The match flipped the moment Ryann Bassill stepped to the service line Tuesday night.

Tied 12-12 in the fourth set and staring down elimination, the Haverford setter ripped off three straight aces that sent Juenger Gymnasium into chaos and completely changed the vibe.

“That changed everything,” senior outside hitter Bianca Bilc said. “During that point of the set we were really trying hard to get our energy back up. It was really low. But then I could feel the entire energy of the gym change.”
