Authorities sought the public’s assistance Tuesday in locating a missing at-risk 13-year-old girl last seen in an unincorporated area north of Watts.

Elsi Roxana Deleon was last seen around 7:30 a.m. Oct. 13 in the 1500 block of East 76th Place, near Compton Avenue, in the Florence-Firestone area, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.

Elsi was described as a 5-foot-tall Hispanic girl weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pair of black leggings, a polo shirt, a necklace with a Virgin Mary pendant and a nose ring.
