MCLEAN, Va. — It was a lot of real estate capital for one former Washington Capital.

Right wing T.J. Oshie and his wife, social media influencer Lauren Oshie, have sold their McLean mansion for $9.3 million, according to a listing from Washington Fine Properties.

Oshie, 38, played for the Washington Capitals for 10 years, although he had missed the entire 2024 to 2025 season due to an injury. The right wing announced his retirement from hockey in June after 17 years on the ice. Oshie began his NHL career playing for the St. Louis Blues in Missouri from 2008 until 2015.
