NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Earlier this month we received the latest Winter Outlook by the National Weather Service where southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi is predicted to have “above” seasonal temperatures and “below” seasonal precipitation for Winter 2025-2026.
