Wood Buffalo RCMP says the arrests happened at a Hill Drive home at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 17. The investigation began earlier in October after police received complaints about suspicious activity at the home. Article content

When police arrived at the home, there were 21 people inside the home or on the property. Police found trace amounts of suspected controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
