LITITZ, Pa. —

A Pennsylvania dog sitter was arrested for stealing and pawning a deceased man's rings, according to police.

On July 5, the victim reported to police that four rings belonging to her deceased father were missing from her home in Warwick Township, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.

The victim said that the only person who had permission to be inside the house was her dog sitter, 31-year-old Erin Savidge, who stayed at the victim's home from March 5 to March 9 and again in May.

Upon investigation, police said they determined Savidge pawned jewelry in Lancaster several times between February and July.

According to the release, the victim was able to identify a class ring and a gold wedding band as two of the stolen rings that were pawned
