ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A driver has been charged for passing a stopped school bus in Albemarle County.

The Albemarle County Police Department says the incident occurred around 8:40 a.m. Thursday in the area of Proffit Road and Acadia Drive.
