KENDALL COUNTY, Texas — A 19-year-old in Kendall County gave deputies and Boerne police a literal run for their money multiple times, but now he must pay it back with 10 years in prison and a lot of money to the courts.

Timothy Fogel evaded police and deputies multiple times, speeding off into Bexar County.

Using his Instagram account, Fogel would post videos of the high-speed chases online while taunting law enforcement.

The first encounter happened on April 30 when a Boerne Police officer noticed a black BMW without license plates stopped behind his car on the I-10 West frontage road.

When the officer turned to investigate, Fogel made an obscene gesture and sped off, starting a chase that ended when the suspect drove into Bexar County.
