SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office says it is searching for a missing 50-year-old with health issues.

Deputies said William Casey Allen was last seen on Oct. 16 on Moore Duncan Highway when he got into a red car with a woman. He said he was going to visit a friend and would return on Monday, but he did not.

Allen is five feet, seven inches, 250 pounds, and bald with brown eyes, according to deputies.

Allen has diabetes and other health issues, and he did not take his medication with him when he left, deputies said.
