CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Two people were injured in a shooting on Thursday afternoon in northwest Charlotte, according to Medic.

Medic said around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, they responded to a reported shooting near N. Hoskins Road and Brookshire Boulevard.

When Medic arrived, they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds and were taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

At the time of this writing, it was unclear what led up to the shooting and if any arrests were made.
