Oracle is coming to River North.

And the global tech giant — which announced in early October it is ready to break ground on its River North campus — and its potential 8,000 employees will not be alone.

As is often the case when a major international company establishes a presence in a market, multiple other companies and businesses follow.

In Nashville’s case, and for example, Nobu Hospitality — a global luxury company co-founded by actor Robert De Niro and with hotels located in Barcelona, Toronto and Warsaw, among others — also announced in early October plans for a hotel and restaurant to operate near the future Oracle campus

In addition, multiple hotel buildings are planned for construction near the future $2 billion
